Wayne paid good money for an Alienware tablet and Powergate app, and now just wants to transfer ownership after selling his 1390 Evo. A simple request, really. Three weeks and zero responses later, he's left wondering if Shiv is "in hospital or has left the country." Bold of Wayne to assume either of those would be the reason.
PEOPLE ARE LOOKING FOR SHIV. PLEASE HELP!
R0man managed to get 1–2 day response times from Shiv — practically lightning speed by OpenFlash standards — before the silence set in. The real highlight: while ignoring paying customers, Shiv found time to hop on Facebook the same day to recruit testers for a new Gen 4 Stage 2 map. WyldCFH called it "hilarious, in an incredulous way." We'd call it a "unique" business strategy.

Zack sent his second set of data logs in December and got an email confirmation they were received. Then nothing. He followed up on February 14th. Eight days later, still no word from Shiv or OpenFlash. A commenter summed it up: "Unfortunately you're at their mercy." Zack's response: 55 days waiting seems like a little much. Hard to argue.
Facebook: OpenFlash Tablet BRZ/FR-S/86 Tuning & SupportCHECK OUT HIS FACEBOOK REVIEWS! Michal ordered his OFT on October 23rd, sent files on the 30th, and by December 2nd still hadn't heard a word. His verdict: "worst customer support in the industry so far." Quintin — who by his own admission never leaves bad reviews — felt strongly enough to make an exception. His advice: save your money if you plan on a custom e-tune. Two people who tried very hard not to be here. And yet.
Facebook: OpenFlash Performance ReviewsFour Google reviews (much more if you go and see for yourself). David spent weeks trying to resolve a simple erase credit issue. Alexandre sent two emails two weeks ago — still waiting. Raymond is stuck with a $500 tablet that is, in his words, "a paperweight." Patrick kept it brief: will not reply to emails regarding order status. Six years separate the oldest and newest reviews. Nothing has changed.
Google Reviews: OpenFlash PerformanceSomeone posted to r/Ducati asking why OpenFlash Performance won't respond. The original post has since been deleted — presumably by the poster, not Shiv, since deleting things requires logging in. The thread still has 12 comments, including WyldCFH helpfully noting that Shiv only ever replies on Facebook. Twelve strangers on the internet knew more about reaching him than his own customers did.
