R0man managed to get 1–2 day response times from Shiv — practically lightning speed by OpenFlash standards — before the silence set in. The real highlight: while ignoring paying customers, Shiv found time to hop on Facebook the same day to recruit testers for a new Gen 4 Stage 2 map. WyldCFH called it "hilarious, in an incredulous way." We'd call it a "unique" business strategy.

JosiahT just bought a brand new tablet with no tunes loaded and simply needs some help getting started. His expectations? A response once a week. Once. A. Week. The bar is in hell and that still proved to be too high for OpenFlash Performance to clear.

Shiv personally emailed lanzelot916 promising to fix their issue. Two months later — nothing. Not a follow-up, not an update, not even a courtesy "still working on it." lanzelot916 eventually posted the email publicly, because apparently that's what it takes. At least the promise was in writing.

Someone posted to r/Ducati asking why OpenFlash Performance won't respond. The original post has since been deleted — presumably by the poster, not Shiv, since deleting things requires logging in. The thread still has 12 comments, including WyldCFH helpfully noting that Shiv only ever replies on Facebook. Twelve strangers on the internet knew more about reaching him than his own customers did.
